Tsitsia Javakhishvili has been practicing law since 2014 in both the public and private sectors. She is founder and managing partner of Dots Legal since 2020.

Tsitsia graduated with honors from Ilia State University, School of Law in 2017, and in 2019 was awarded a Master's degree in Private (Business) Law (Georgian-English Master Program of Business Law). In addition to formal education, she has successfully completed a number of intensive courses and training in law and business, including negotiation, UN treaty bodies and litigation in The European Court of Human Rights, and more.

Tsitsia’s work experience so far includes the practice of working as a lawyer in the public sector, in International Organization, in a Polish international company and in private companies operating in Georgia.

Tsitsia specializes in various fields of law. The main directions are analysis and drafting of legal documents, representation in negotiations, litigation in relevant administrative and judicial departments, contract law, corporate and business law, labor law, immigration law, investment law and real estate.
